I'm an experienced musician and singing teacher with next to that a whole lot of experience in extra skills in leadership and development in the educational area. I am passionate and curious and very well capable of finding new ways and skills to develop myself in order to become a better guide in learning people to sing individually , as a group or to conduct as well as in processing organisations. I listen well and always see opportunities to make things better. I love to work individual as in groups and see my role as the one that keeps the ball rolling .
