Wall of Wonder in Critical Respons Process

Please reply in writing to the following questions, on your own, in silence

  1. Think of the past

In your work: what experience deeply touched, impressed you?

Think of questions like: what exactly happened? What did it illuminate? What did it change?

 

  1. Think of the present

In your work: which recent experience deeply touched, impressed you?

Think of questions like: what exactly happened? What did you do? What did the other(s) do?

 

  1. Think of the future

In your work: what would make you immensely happy?

Think of question like: What will happen? What will you do? What will others do? What will have changed?

 

 

Find a partner and have a reciprocal[1] conversation about your past, recent and dreamed experiences. Stimulate each other to tell the ‘story behind the facts’ through asking questions.

Think of one word, image or short sentence that captures the essence of your experiences

Write or draw on a memo sticker. Use one sticker for each timeframe, so one memo for the past experience, one for the present experience and one for the future experience

 

Stick them on the Wall Of Wonder. Take a moment to contemplate on how these words / images connect, from past to present to future.

In silence, read the contributions on the WOW and let it sink in.

A moderated conversation takes place. Questions will occur like:

What strikes you? What word, sentence or image do you want to know more about?

Whom does the memo belong to? Do you want to share your story?

Finally the group will return a gift by feeding back with (improvised) music and other artform
